Register for a Library Card

Existing or expired accounts: email us or call 850-609-5101  to ask questions, renew accounts or get login help.
Include your full name and/or library account number to speed up the process.
Office hours are Mon-Fri from 8 to 5. Closed on holidays.
You are registering for a 12-month online-only account: No borrowing privileges at libraries.
Library staff will verify online registrations, and delete ineligible or duplicate accounts without prior notification.
 
To qualify for this free membership you must be at least 16 years old, LIVE IN Okaloosa County, or pay PROPERTY taxes to Okaloosa County.
Post office boxes or mailbox rental street addresses are not accepted as proof of living in the county.
 
If you want to borrow materials from libraries, or if you do not live in Okaloosa County, you must VISIT A MEMBER LIBRARY in-person.  Accounts for children under 16 should be opened in-person by parent or guardian at a member library.  LEARN MORE
