Didn’t Find It?
If we don’t have what you’re looking for, you have 3 options:
- REQUEST your title from another library
- ASK your library to buy your title
- CONTACT us and see what we can do
Option 1: REQUEST the title to be borrowed from another library through the Interlibrary Loan service. There’s no charge to you. You will be notified when the item has arrived at the library for you to pick up, and you will return it there, too. We take care of all the shipping. The Interlibrary Loan interface works best on bigger screens (cell phones not recommended).
Choose the library that will handle your loan (this will be your pickup location)
Login to requests page with your library card number and PIN
Search for your title
Submit your request
You will receive a notification from your library when your item is ready for pick up.
Option 2: SUGGEST your library purchase the title. Your library will review your request and respond with a message to your account (on this website). You must be logged into your account.
Option 3: WANT HELP? Call your library and talk it through with friendly staff.
